I got out of my car. Five people were staring at me. One of them finally deigned to ask if I was being helped. I'd been standing in front of them for five minutes, and they were all together. Either I was waiting to be helped, or I was dressed like a lamppost. After the whole explanation about the work they had to do, they told me they don't do repairs... So what? Isn't other people's time worth much?

I felt ripped off. They told me they couldn't do the alignment and balancing service because they said they saw the car had a mechanical problem after they put it on the lift. Since they had already put it on the lift, they charged me 10,000 pesos to get it back down. They didn't do any service, and the car was literally up there for 3 minutes. I would look for another place...
