Good service.
Normal prices. Payment methods are the same as those offered at other shops that also sell Michelin tires. Everything was normal until I saw the state of my car's rims. And that seems like a detail that can't be overlooked, and they absolutely must do this after a purchase of 1,500,000. I don't expect them to wash my car for that. I expect them to return the rims to me as I received them, and if they apply a grease to facilitate tire mounting, it should be cleaned.
One of the employees, not the manager or the guy who balanced them, did it. Very poor customer service. They should be more careful about that. The manager was very friendly. There are photos of the rims. If you enlarge them, you can clearly see the grease that needs to be removed with a degreaser because a damp cloth won't come off.

I came in for a tire rotation, alignment, and balancing ($60,000) and discovered something new: driving on the right side of the road!
For years I thought it was normal to drive with the steering wheel crooked because of shoddy work done elsewhere. They fixed it perfectly here. Excellent service.

The staff's attention and professionalism were excellent. The service was outstanding every time I went for a service or consultation. They provide excellent advice, not only on the questions I ask but also on preventative measures to avoid car problems, which obviously translate into saving money. Everything was impeccable. I especially want to highlight the service provided by Lucas and Ariel at both locations. It was a pleasure discovering this place. Highly recommended.
