The service was terrible. When I went to get my tires changed on July 13, 2024, Mr. Marcelo took off four Yokohama tires from 2019 and put on one from 2000 and three from 2015. I never received a receipt, and when I went to complain after waiting 45 minutes, he still wouldn't give it to me. His attitude was very arrogant; he probably took advantage of the fact that I was a woman to do whatever he wanted. I realized I had a 2000 tire because it had a cut, and I went to get it repaired where honest people gave me proper advice. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, and the regulatory authorities should take note so that it doesn't present itself as an official Michelin representative, as it gives the brand very bad publicity.

They're amazing. They're super fast, no appointment needed. I've been there a couple of times and I've always been extremely satisfied. Very professional. Highly recommended.
