They got me some pretty tough tires for my BMW at a good price, they met the agreed time frame, and they were very attentive and helpful. I recommend them!

First time I've taken my car in for alignment and balancing, and honestly, they're excellent. They do a great job, the service is superb, and the work is perfect. The steering wheel looks like it was leveled with a spirit level. I especially want to mention Jose, one of the salespeople, who was very attentive and explained everything step by step... Jose is the one who doesn't smoke, haha. Everyone was great, 10/10! 💪🏻

On Monday, April 29th, I purchased a tire. The customer service was excellent, but I have four criticisms of the service department: they didn't ask if I wanted the tire they removed, they didn't tell me they were going to put it on somewhere other than my preferred location (although they later explained why), they left black handprints all over the car, and the tire they installed was missing the chrome valve stem, unlike the other tires I've had. I understand these things might seem trivial, but given the quality of service they claim to offer, I think they're important.
