Reseña del neumático Pilot Sport 4

PS 4 replaced my Cup 2 tyres even although I had not even seen my car!

First week of December 21 and I drove my old 911 on P Zero to Baltic Germany to collect my new GT3. Mindful of the risk of cold rain, snow and ice I instructed the garage to fit PS 4 in lieu of the Cup 2's. Michelin do not make a 3 season tyre for daily use by UHP sports car owners currently. I drove nearly 2,000kms in freezing rain, ice, snow and wet snow in blizzard conditions. (Don't ask me my average speed!) The tyres are undamaged. I drove very conservatively. I did not have one "heart in the mouth" moment, cornering and braking were both safe and predictable. Looking forwards to driving the PS 4 in the spring when it warms up and then switching to my Cup 2 tyres for the summer. Michelin really need a PS 3 season tyre in Europe, It is available in N American and the Cross Climate 2 is not made in UHP sizes for those of us who daily drive our sports cars.

Perfect grip and longevity

Until now, I drove 9000 km on the Pilot Sport 4 tires with staggered sizes on my Kia Stinger, and I'm pleased with the dry and wet grip and longevity. I took a look at the tread, and it looks almost as good as new.

Prompt attention to fitting a new tyre and changing the tyres round as needed. Price very competitive.

Always had Michelin always great in any weather. Happy

SUPER CONTENTO, después de venir de la competencia

Solo puedo decir que llevan 70.000 km (haciendo cambio alante antras en un SEAT LEON FR 150cv TDI) y normalmente voy rapido tanto en seco como en mojado y ningun susto ni sospechas de irse, aunque tambien tengo que decir que casi todo es autopista y alguna escapada a alguna carretera de curvas, excelente despues de que la competencia TURANZA me diera algunos sustos y no llegaron a los 45.000km.

Venía de unas Pilot Sport 3, (bastante descontento, por cierto), y estas Pilot Sport 4 son otro mundo. Fantásticas en seco y cumplen sobradamente en mojado. Además el ruido de rodadura es contenido, y las vibraciones al volante nulas.

I fitted two front Pilot Sport 4 tyres to replace the worn Continentals that were previously fitted. I think the Pilot Sport 4s inspire a lot more confidence in wet conditions. Dry weather performance is probably very similar to the Continentals.

Great tyres. Long lasting on previous set. Better than the cheaper brand I tried in between
